I blame all of them also, but Bush more than any because he is the one who will sign this monstrosity. Could it be that the Bush family is already planning for George P. to become the next Bush president? With a stroke of the pen current Bush could create 20 million grateful Hispanic voters. I don't know what to think of all this. I can't come up with any reason for any American to be for this thing much less a president of the United States who took an oath to preserve our Constitution.
