Wonder what make? Smith and Wesson make their 500Magnum and 460Magnum in that color scheme - black with a stainless cylinder.
I own several and I'll say it would be very difficult for an 11yo kid to fire the S&W 500 with factory loads.

Smith & Wesson makes one. It’s called the model 500 and comes in several barrell lengths. Mine is 4”.
