Any idea why he calls it the “Kennedy-Kyl” bill rather than the “Kennedy-McCain” bill?

It’s because McCain has, “never supported amnesty.”

Perhap’s McCain’s prestige is a little tarnished?

He calls it Kennedy-Kyl because Kyl was the leading Republican negotiator. Some negotiator. My senator, who i have previously supported, got rolled like a Saturday night drunk by Teddy. Or better, Teddy did a ‘Mary Jo’ on Kyl.
I may be an ex-Republican if this shamnesty bill passes.

Bottom line. It’s a Democrat bill.

Actually it should be called the Bush-Kennedy Bill.
That also shows the massive betrayal.
