At a news conference Director of Public Prosecutions Sir Ken Macdonald said: " I have today concluded that the evidence given to us by the police is sufficient to charge Andrei Lugovoy with the murder of Mr Litvinenko by deliberate poisoning.
"I have instructed CPS lawyers to take immediate steps to seek the early extradition of Andrei Lugovoy from Russia to the United Kingdom, so that he may be charged with murder - and be brought swiftly before a court in London to be prosecuted for this extraordinarily grave crime."

I doubt there’s any chance of him getting extradited; not while we harbour Russians who call Putin out for what he is.
Putin has ignited Cold War part Deux. MI-6 and NDI are aware of the “rules” SVR follows realize that they’re less restraining than the “Good Old Days.”
This man is now effectively a fugitive for life. He will never be able to enter the EU or the United States or any country that the UK has extradition treaties with.
