Lila Rose, an 18-year-old student from UCLA who recorded herself receiving controversial advice from a Planned Parenthood Los Angeles (PPLA), was on the “O’Reilly Factor” news program Thursday night.
While on the show, Rose explained the problems within Planned Parenthood – the leading provider of surgical abortion – and spoke about how they had threatened to file a lawsuit against her covert video which was posted on YouTube.
“Lila Rose is a hero for her courage in exposing the child sex protection racket that so common today at our nation’s abortion clinics,” said Troy Newman, president of Operation Rescue, in a statement. “Secrecy always works to the benefit of the rapists and abortionists, while the truth works to protect the innocent. We hope her exposé will help shut down the Planned Parenthood sex centers that give cover for predators at the expense of the safety and well-being of little girls.”

Lila and I have had some good discussions, and I gave her some ideas for some FReeper-like activities to stick it to these people.
Planned Parenthood has the law on its side, but not the truth. The truth is that they are fanatics who will do anything to complete their mission.

Her response should have been:
‘Gee, what are the consequences of those “legal remedies”?’
‘Are you going to sue for all of the worldly possessions of an 18 year old, or are you going to seek the death penalty?’
The police already use underage people to run stings to purchase alcohol and cigarettes. And of course, they have adults pose as underage children to arrest predators in sex sting operations.
What makes Planned Parenthood think that they are somehow "protected" from investigations and prosecutions involving crimes against juveniles?
Recently a young man went to the authorities regarding the Fort Dix Six. Yet, he might be the target of a lawsuit if his identity becomes knows. And people who complained about suspicious conduct aboard a plane also face a lawsuit. Congress has become aware that citizen whistle blowers need protection against retaliatory lawsuits and the exposure of PP is yet another case that Congress needs to consider regarding the protection of citizens who report misconduct to the authorities.

Planned Parenthood was threatening by using an argument that there was a conversation taped illegally. In California, it is required to have permission from both parties for a conversation to be taped. Yes, the police do it all the time. I presume they have a court order, but legal counsel here on FR can tell us about those requirements.
In this case, Lila busted them while they were violating the law. It has been proven that they do it all the time, but where are the prosecutions? Needless to say, when a criminal is caught, the criminal doesn’t much like it.
