I contested the removal and asked them to point out to me which of the guidelines I violated. They haven’t gotten back to me because I didn’t violate any of them. They removed my comment because they disagreed with it.

It might be fun to send again what you sent before, but preface it with, "Please forward to executive in charge of customer service" and ask why you haven't gotten a response.
