When are the Libs going to treat these polls like they should be...as the opinion of the 2,000 or so polled and NOT the consensus of the ENTIRE population?
That maybe true but even so we will still be closer than France but Brown will not follow Blair’s US doctrine and certainly will be wary of the press calling him Bush’s or America’s poodle.
If the Conservatives got in I think they they bring the relationship closer again but still not as close as the Blair era.
“Funny how all the Democrat Politicians talking about Ignoring the will of the People effortlessly ignore all that data.”
It’s only the will of the people when it fits their Socialist agenda...otherwise what we believe and what is our will is...is just a bunch of babble from the ignorant proles.
Thanks, I’ll look these up.
I’m rereading Tammy Bruce’s book “The Death Of Right and Wrong” and it’s enlightening to remember what is behind the Democrat rhetoric.
It is also very telling how congress has worse poll numbers than President Bush today. My question now is IF the polls support President Bush and our efforts in Iraq, will Democrats change again and start supporting the military, our president and our country?
Happy Mother’s Day to you!
They can’t change their position if they expect to keep their seat in Congress. That is why they are wholly comitted to doing anything and everything they can to make sure that we fail in Iraq.
Because to do anything different...like say...oh actually SUPPORT the troops...would ensure that the DU...KOS and PFTAW crowd would “Ned Lamont” any Dem that tried to shift their position.
Brit Hume: the second worst idea after announcing a withdrawal date is to indicate the importance of the month of September. We can expect something like a Tet offensive.
Didn’t Tommy Franks write in his book that we would be in Iraq with major force for ten years and then double that or more with a protective response force to protect the region?
Glad your dads back home...
I maintain the increased troop loss this past month, and going on now as a matter of fact, is a direct response to Democrat opposition to our efforts in Iraq. At minimum, Democrats embolden our enemies to more violence.
On another net.,on MTP McCain is setting a new record for most key issues pandered to on a tv show appearance..
True, but this is why we have to keep the pressure up. Independent voters have to be educated on who supports the Democrats toady so they can make informed decisions in a year and a half.
Good point.
Agreed. Notice too, we do not hear “get us out of Kosovo” coming from the left.
I wish Irving would do something like that (Farmers Branch).
If nothing else, it would be interesting to see how it would play in Irving, aka multi-cultural center of the western world.
(since the government won’t do anything about the illegal problem, maybe it’s up to us)
And you would be right.
