There actually is a cartoon charactor named "MIckey Rat"It's an undergroung comic book about a drug addicted,booze swilling, porn loving rodent that was a spoof on Mickey Mouse.Of course Disney sued.

Since they don't want EuroDisney, Disney World, Disneyland or any other Disney park blown up, I'll bet they don't sue Hamas over this obvious infringement of their trademark.
Besides, based on their subsidiary ABC, they probably don't mind Hamas using the Rat, they might have even licensed it to Hamas for $1 and other considerations (IE. not being blown up).
