We can’t arrest people for their intentions....It’s legal to arrest people who want to bomb us.
I’d agree only if thier intentions are reflected by prepatory actions. This is America, you can hate it all you want, you can hate anyone you want, you just can’t deprive them of thier life, liberty or property because you hate them ... unless you’re part of drug law enforcement.
