The fact that it took place at an Egyptian themed casino is not relevant - and remember, always remember, “There are no direct connections to international terrorism.”
The anthrax attacks were carried out by some lone wacko, The LAX El Al attack, the Salt Lake City mall shootings, the DC Sniper killings where all the work of a few frustrated individuals with “no direct connections to international terrorism.”
Other than a couple of incidents that took place in New York some years ago, and that are no longer discussed in the media, there have been no attacks in the United States where the attackers had any “direct connections to international terrorism.” Why if there was some link between these attacks and international terrorism we might have to start enforcing our immigration laws. We could even see people calling for a prohibition on the entry into the US of people from countries where a significant portion of the population want to kill large numbers of us. I mean, what could that lead to?
I doubt we'll never see the list of indirect connection.
At the time, right after 9/11, when the Islamist shot people standing in line at the El Al counter at the end of the LA Airport, I almost put my shoe through the TV, when I heard Neal Cavuto state to the effect, "Calm down people, this has absolutely nothing to do with terrorism, Islamofacism, etc."
