I didn't leave it out. It was not in the article when I posted it at 09:39.
It was added in a story update on the website at 10:48.
But it is an important piece of information, probably getting out the blockbuster information before it had to be addressed at the official afternoon briefing.
I suspect it was left out intentionally by a PC MSM that likes to omit anything that might be negative pertaining to “undocumented workers” as Chertoff calls them. They couldn’t once it was known that the the Duka brothers have been charged separately with being illegal aliens in possession of firearms.
