No it wouldn’t. But the jihadis are all in a knot that an Arabic language paper has gotten hold of this proof. They will do everything they can to prevent its publication...Must be good stuff.

Yep, same thing I was thinking. If the jihadis have their panties in a twist about this before it's even published it must be true.

It is basically saying that on Wednesday they are going to publish a very important Saddam regime document showing Saddam regime relation with Aymen Al Zawahiri, Al Zarqawi and other Al Qaeda terrorists. The article is saying that the Saddam document also shows that Al Zawahiri was assigned an agent number in Saddam intelligence. Saddam Intelligence Service rarely used the names of their members and agents but they assigned numbers to them.

It is instructive that the same ones who once said that Saddam and al-Qaida couldn’t possibly collude because Iraq was too SECULAR, now say that democracy cannot work in Iraq because Iraq is too ISLAMIC.

This “no terrorists/al-Queda in Iraq” dribble amazes me. The middle east was rife with extremists way before 9/11. According to Reid/Peloser et all, Iraq must have been a paradise.
