Well Lawton Childes refused to ask or allow Presidential intervention just so he could raise the misery index and then point his accusing finger that President Bush did not care. It is a well practiced routine for liberals to create chaos and then lie and make outrageous accusations to further their own political careers. Pox on them and their twisted methods.
