How can one tell?

I was looking through our cupboard and most products say they’re packaged in the US, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have ingredients from China.

This is what scares me too! In my opinion, food products are labeled rather mysteriously. I have already started emailing companies that make food that I eat to find out if they get anything from China. I know it sounds like a task of olympic proportions but I would rather be safe than sorry. By the way, Russell Stovers... made in the US! (One of the first I checked.. lol)

And there’s the rub. No packaging tells you where the ingredients come from. It’s akin to playing Russian roulette.
