ALL the plans are simply various forms of
amnesty, with trimmings. There's no plan to prosecute all the lawbreakers/criminals, and no plan to eliminate the "sneak across the border and have your baby at taxpayer expense, and you'll NEVER be deported or prosecuted due to being the parent of an American 'citizen'..."
This B$#$hit of dropping babies of criminals having "citizenship automatically" is costing taxpayers billions....
