Walter Reed Report #105 April 20, 2007 - Defending the Honor of Our Troops
Friday, April 27, 2007 | Kristinn

Sorry for being so late with this. The original writer came down with computer issues so the report was assigned to me.

Honor roll: Just A Nobody; TFroatz; Jimmy Valentine’s brother; tgslTakoma; Trooprally (Mr. and Mrs.); Sensei Ern; Tom the Redhunter; Plea Deal; Cindy_True_Supporter; Fraxinus; BufordP; Lurker Bill; Tolerance Sucks Rocks; VaFlagWaver; PrezUSa222; Lurker Andrea and Kristinn

We know how the anti-American left feels about our troops. That's why we've been coming to Walter Reed on Friday nights for over two years to protect our troops from Code Pink, Veterans for Peace, et. al. The mainstream media glosses over these groups' agenda of supporting the terrorists and working for America's defeat in the war on terror. We know better.

Last Friday night, Code Pink (once again) let slip what they really think of our troops. They've learned to not carry signs in front of Walter Reed calling our troops murderers and war criminals, but they can't hide what's in their black hearts.

The evening started out as a typical Friday night for us. Both sides are slow to arrive and don't get to full strength until almost 8 p.m. There was one local crazy who wandered the streets saying the troops deserved to be killed. But, as we observed him, he really was crazy so we didn't pay him much attention.

The horn honks from passing vehicles were once again decidely in support of the troops and not for the Pinkos down the block.

A film crew came up the Pinkos' location to our position at the main gate to Walter Reed. They said they were with French-Canadian TV-3 out of Quebec. They filmed a while and spoke to a few of us.

The reporter wanted to do a side-by-side interview with me and Pinko Gael Murphy. I told her no, that I despise the Pinkos. A few minutes later, Gael led a contingent of Pinkos up to our location to provoke a confrontation for the cameras.

We gave them more than they bargained for. One of Gael's lackeys told us that the troops are "the terrorists" in Iraq. A video report on this was posted here last weekend.

Sometime during the heated arguing, Mrs. Trooprally had her sweatjacket pocket picked of a cigarette case with a family heirloom lighter attached in a holder. The police were called, but they didn't do much.

Here some photos taken by Mrs. Trooprally and Plea Deal:

If you can't get to D.C. to join us but would like to do something for the wounded, you can find a wealth of ideas by FReepmailing Albion Wilde, Cindy-True-Supporter, VAFlagwaver, or PleaDeal.

Come join us every Friday night between the hours of 6:30pm to approx 9:30pm.

A couple of notes on the report.

The Nubian nutter mentined in the AAR walked past our AO, first on the East side of Georgia Avenue heading South and then on the West side headed North. He loudly and profanely wished for the death of our troops. It appeared to me that he was looking for a physical confrontation. As he wandered north he passed by a physically fit gentleman of military bearing dressed in civvies. The gentleman restrained himself and after crossing the street said to me that the Nubian nutter seemed to get bolder the further away he got. I agreed and said “God bless you” primarily for maintaining self control but also it was in my mind for his service as well. This fine man walked off but came back to thanks us saying that we made an important difference to the troops. I am always floored by the gratitude shown by those who go in harms way for the few hours we spend on Friday evenings holding a sign and chatting amongst ourselves.

The other item I wish to note is that the couple in the orange shirts are Patriot Guard riders. But they are much more than that. They come to to WRAMC Friday evenings to deliver personalized canes to the our wounded. The canes have carved heads and are marked with unit insignias and other personalized totems. They spend time with the troops and as a Nam vet he dispenses hugs or a boot where appropropriate. He was also planning a barbecue on the grounds in the near future. Oh yeah, he comes down and takes a few of them out to his home for beer and BS on the weekends.

To the DC area freepers: Don't you have a couple of hours that you can spare, especially now that the RAT's have so blatanly shown their true colors.

My former boss Michael Tucker, now general Tucker was put in charge of Walter Reed. The problems will get fixed, even if he has to resort to “sudden death”.

Excellent report, Kristinn! Thank you for stepping up.

You also did a great job with the pinkos when they came to spoil your interview. They are a disgusting bunch.

Thanks Kristinn.

I had been waiting for this report...I am always anxious for news of DC Freepers.

I was glad to see the sign, BufordP. That may be as famous as some I remember after Vietnam, and this one is in time to be a warning!

Excellent work on the video. You all did a great job of holding your composure. My blood was boiling watching their stupid little smirks.
This entire time I thought Gael Murphy was a woman.I didn't know this was a terrorist supporting Transsexual group. No wonder they are so disturbed.
