Yeah, those greedy workers. How dare they expect job security. They should go work at Walmart so the taxpayers can pay their benefits. Because that's SO much better than a unionized plant where people make (gasp) 13 to 20 bucks an hour.

If it can be outsourced it will be, if they can bring in low wage labor to replace you they will.

There should be no expectation for job security. Labor is a contract between one man (employer) and another (employee) and either side should be free to terminate at any point.
