So, if I take Omega-3 I can forestall Alzheimers disease?
Please explain this to me again?
Please explain this to me again? Did I say that already?
.
Thanks. I eat one can of tuna daily for my omega-3.
I take fish oil capsules every day. It’s number one food for the brain.
Eggs - they told us to give up eggs, so we wouldn’t get the cholesterol they DIDN’T have... and instead we gave up the DHA eggs DID have.
I eat farm-fresh eggs from happy chickens EVERY day - and my cholesterol is 140. Eggs are good for us!
I forgot what I was going to say.
So...wait...this means eggs are good again?
Or was this last week?
What did you say? I forgot.
You’re accumulating mercury, you know.

I was thinking the same thing.
I eat about three eggs every day for weight loss, bodybuilding and all around nutrition. Nothing like a farm fresh egg from happy chickens not stuffed in a box and being fed chemical feed.
Salmon is better. More fat.
Carlson’s Lemon Flavored Cod Liver Oil!!!
Nope. I've been tested for mercury and other heavy metals. On a scale of 0-15, I had a 2 for mercury...doc said okay.
I could be accumulating mercury too, or any of a zillion fat-soluble toxins. I get my omega-3 from sardine oil capsules, which are lower on the food chain than tuna, but you never know.

Yup...gotta watch everything these days...even the pet food.
“...and a newly discovered molecule might block enzymes in the brain that lead to plaque formations..”
And in related news, ground up hamster turds smeared on your face might block unwelcome advances by liberals.
You can get Omega-3 from Flax seed oil too.
