I read the same Trib article and after I googled Ismail Ax and returned to the story the Trib had pulled the sentence referring to Ismail Ax.
I wonder why??????

I think you answered your question

Coming from communists who are in bed with the Mafia, this is rich. Go look at the death tolls from gunshot wounds on Sicily.

Ismail Ax. Does that mean he viewed himself as being Ishmail's ax?

Interesting.

Abuse breeds more abuse. Parallels domestic abuse. On the receiving end turns into the dishing out of abuse when they have the opportunity UNLESS someone helps the person.

Note to those under the illusion that the “solution” is more laws. A long-standing law, indeed a law older than the murderer himself, did not stop him. I’m not talking about the law against murder. I’m talking a serious gun control law: defacing the serial number.

According to ABC News:

“Law-enforcement officials tell ABCNews.com that Cho bought his first gun, a Glock 9mm handgun, on March 13; they say he bought his second weapon, a .22 caliber pistol, within the last week. The serial numbers on both guns had been filed off, said law enforcement sources.”

from:
http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=3048108&page=1

All the students who were shot were obeying the local gun control laws. The person who shot them was not stopped by multiple layers of state and federal laws.

The solution? More laws?

Yup, whole lot of stuff on a buch of Ismails, but nada on ismail ax...
Lots of stuff on az, as you might imagine.

Just trying to put it in context.

Anytime a deranged killer writes on himself, I want to know the context.

FWIW, over 100 people die each day in America due to alcohol related events.

There were mass murderers long before Prozac was invented. What drove them to it?

Sooo...is it in the note or on his arm? Who writes this crap? (or am I just having reading comprehension issues?)

I was thinking the same thing. Here's what the original article says...

The note included a rambling list of grievances, according to sources. They said Cho also died with the words "Ismail Ax" in red ink on the inside of one of his arms.

So I guess it was on his arm, not in the note.

I wonder ... was he dating a Caucasian female who was claiming to be a Christian?

Could THAT be why he wanted to kill others he may have thought were “Christians”?

Is Ismail Ax his muslim name? Like Malcolm X or Muhammid Ali? Just a thought, if he was going to his martyrdom. And he ranting about debauchery on compass...

I got the first two graphs I posted off the Tribune website. If they’ve changed it, the politcally correct police must have gotten to them.

The grievance theater of the left comes home to roost. He has probably been brainwashed with victimhood, always blame others, and never take any responsibility.

There’s no muslim presence in Korea. I’ll wait on the letter’s contents before jumping to conclusions.

So the experts here at Free Republic have investigated and determined that the cause was both:

(a)terrorism

AND

(b)anti-depressants

Gez. Maybe he was just a nut.

And these same people will get mad when the media jumps to conclusions.

Cho Seung-Hui bought his first gun, a 9 mm handgun, on March 13 and his second weapon, a .22 caliber handgun, within the last week, law enforcement officials tell ABCNews.com.

“This was no spur of the moment crime. He’s been thinking about this since at least the time he bought the first gun,” said former FBI agent Brad Garrett, an ABC News consultant.

“He clearly spent some time figuring out how he was going to take care of business once classes began on Monday morning,” said Garrett.

Is Ismail Ax his muslim name?

Ismail is his emailer program.

He was going to uninstall it (ax it).

That was on his list of things to do after the shootings.
