wow- you should write for a living- this is good stuff
Just let me know when you need me to take J-Lo into protective custody.
Great article. Thanks!
Who has the anthrax ping list.
Thanks so much for posting this, gene. I’m saving to my file.
It’s disappointing when a major written effort fails to explain in the first paragraph what it is about, and why it might be important for me to care.
Anthrax ping
I agree. The writer has way too much time on his hands.
That writer seems to have many, many, many facts - well strung together, I might add.
Worthy bookmark for later reading. Looks intriguing, genefromjersey. Thank you. :)
The headline of the article could be compared to a topic sentence. The headline alone suggests that it might be important for you to care. ;)
I guess the weaponized anthrax could not have come from Iraq as it is now known that they did not have WMDs in Iraq...
I also believe Saddam was attending Sunday School at the time
Very intersting, Gene.

good article, info sure not to be found anywhere else.
Anthrax ping list.
Let me know if you want on or off.
I dismiss the J-Lo letter because since so many handled it, more would have contracted the pathogen. I’m sure there was a J-Lo letter, but I do not think it came from Atta. However, I do think the J-Lo letter and the anthrax letter were in the building at approximately the same time.
It sure could have been a decoy from Atta. What I am saying is that the J-Lo letter did not contain the anthrax. The reference (and I've seen it before) to the extremely virulent strain found in Kandahar......what is it??? We know there are 89 genotypes. If it is 62 with the mutant inversion on the plasmid, then we have a connection to the Taliban.
I think we are getting close and my hat is off to the senators and congressmen trying to get an answer.
I was interviewed too. But later....when someone caught on about the destruction. They were interested in my time at ISU, what did I see, who did I know, did I know if they had bio level 3 clearance.
BA
Yes, I saw it and put it on my web site yesterday because it was on the Post Office employee's magazine web site. Thanks.
To me it's just a lot of words about nothing of interest.
If find it incredible that so many people believe that al Qaeda was behind the anthrax attacks when the FACTS so clearly indicate otherwise:
1. The 9/11 hijackers were all DEAD at the time of the attacks.
2. No anthrax was found anywhere they went.
3. No al Qaeda member was ever found in the U.S. who possessed anthrax.
4. No connection of any kind has ever been found between the attacks and al Qaeda.
5. The letters show evidence that al Qaeda was NOT behind the attacks:
5.a. The letters contain medical advice to help the recipient avoid infection, which does not fit with al Qaeda actions.
5.b. The letters show that precautions were taken to minimize damage, which does not fit al Qaeda's actions.
5.c. There was no followup attack.
5.d. There was enough anthrax in the letters to kill hundreds, if not thousands, yet the actual deaths appear to have been unintentional.
5.e. Typical al Qaeda letters contain some passages in Arabic, which the letters didn't have.
6. No evidence has been found that al Qaeda had the Ames strain.
7. There were at least 2 different grades of powder involved, which is inconsistent with preparing the powder overseas somewhere and transporting it to the U.S.
8. There is a report that the powder was made using water from the Northeastern U.S.
9. There were dozens of targets which would have made sense for al Qaeda to attack before getting to liberal Senators Daschle and Leahy.
10. It's a near certainty that the second (sophisticated) powder was made after the first (crude) powder failed to alarm anyone. And it was almost certainly made somewhere in Central New Jersey.
etc., etc., etc., etc.
So, when Ross rambles on and one about "Atta's "Jenny" Code and the Jennifer Lopez Letter," I just shake my head, because the FACTS say that the Jennifer Lopez letter did NOT contain anthrax:
1. The third floor, where the letter was opened, was the LEAST CONTAMINATED AREA IN THE BUILDING.
2. A lot of people handled the J-Lo letter but only Stevens contracted anthrax. None of the others were even contaminated, not even the person who opened it.
3. There was another letter which contained a powder which was opened in the mail room by Stephanie Dailey. She tested positive for anthrax. The area around her desk was the MOST CONTAMINATED AREA IN THE BUILDING. Bob Stevens MUST have been infected by the powder in that letter. That's what the FACTS say.
What Ross does is rehash things which have long ago been shown to be nonsense. He goes into great detail about things which have nothing to do with anything other than his belief that al Qaeda was behind the anthrax attacks. (He's going to consider this to be an ad hominem attack because I go into an analysis of his method of ignoring the facts to promote his beliefs.)
I put his article on my site as an example of this practice of ignoring facts and promoting beliefs, just as was done with that article in The International Journal of Intelligence and Counterinteligence. That article also just spouted nonsense and ignored all the facts which showed it was total nonsense. The authors of these articles appear to be looking for converts to their beliefs. The ability to totally ignore facts is a requirement for joining up.
There are a couple of cities with major universities that have a "Greendale" road/street/avenue. One of the places had been a lawnmower repair shop cum residence.
