I would guess May sweeps.
Of course, I’m not in the TV biz, and maybe if Fred only forms an exploratory committee NBC would let them air anyway.
But as I recall, when Buchanan formed a committee, he had to cut the cord with MSNBC (or was it CNN) almost immediately.
