Two respected assistant attorneys general

So Rosemary Woods and Mr. I mispoke are now respected assistant AGs? Early on I conjectured these two were picked because they needed their tarnished reputatios shined up. Now that they are being called such flowery names, lets hope they hold up their end of the bargain.

My recollection is that the last 'Rat to win a majority of the white vote was LBJ.

Of course they are white, male, college educated, northeasterners. I am not sure which way the majority of college educated northeasterners vote, but I bet they don't vote Dim in as high a percentage as black hookcer.

They are still referring to the accuser as an exotic dancer! I think Don Imus knows what to call her!

Isn't that the truth! A friend asked me today if I really thought that this hoax would end tomorrow. ("end" meaning that the charges would be dismissed) You bet! The mob has a new target. They can go after Imus now.

Doesn't it turn your stomach to see Sharpton of Tawana fame milking the Imus comments for all they're worth? Who is going to apologize to the Duke players/

Not just lacrosse but allegedly at Duke.

I don’t think the jury will buy it though.

I wonder if Burness’ arrogant 180 was caused by a leftie leak from the AG’s office. Connect the dots...

The libs believe they are right no matter what the facts are because the “suspects” were surely thinking about doing it or people like them just normally do things like that whether those particular fellows actually acted on their socially innate natural proclivities or not. You know- fake but accurate.

As long as charges are not dropped, Nifong is safe from civil suits, arrest, recall, all sorts of unpleasantness.

Coman and Winstead have a glorious opportunity here to wash their hands of this thing like Pontius Pilate and throw Fong under the train; they would have to be totally out of their minds to want to pass up that opportunity and get on board for whatever this case is going to do to Fong.

Well, you and a bunch of us should really enjoy the hoops that mom runs those jerks through...

She’ll ride them hard, whip them into a frenzy, strip them to the bone (I hope) and then put them away hot and wet....

The arrogant D.A., Duke President and the 88 “professors” who convicted the boys as soon as they were charged -— should be made to suffer the MOST and the LONGEST....

The Alumni of Duke - needs to refuse any charitable contributions to the University until it has purged itself of the smelling decay emanating from the biased and leftist agenda driven faculty and administration...

I’ve got a grandson in northern Georgia, that had Duke on his list of potential Universities to apply to in 2009..
On advice of his parents and his “financial cash cow grandpa”, Duke has been removed from the list...

I’d bet the family’s Rum bearing cow - that a LOT of families have done the same...
The school has clearly demonstrated to the public their unfitness and unworthiness to perform even the simplest fiduciary responsibilities regarding our young adults under their stewardship...

Duke as been damaged, severely — and only the Regents can resolve it by taking direct, prompt and brutal corrective measures against the President and faculty who played a role in railroading or discriminating against the accused or any of the team members or any student who supported the accused.

Semper Fi

Sounds good to me. NiFong is the engine of this train and he needs to go down with his wreck. Some collateral damage to the faculty at the University would not be inappropriate.

On top of all of that, Duke has to move. No parent in his right mind would send a kid to ANY school within 30 miles of Durham NC at this point.

I guess they could return to Trinity. Don’t see it happening. I’d settle for a very public firing of Brodhead. And the Gang of 88 being “dealt wit”.

They have to do all of that, but the biggest part of the problem is Durham itself and the losers who live and vote there. Blacks in particular voted 95 - 5 to return Fong to office after the basic realities of the story were well known. That is unforgivable. Those people apparently view the voting franchise much the same way Hitler viewed the V2 Missile, i.e. as a revenge weapon. They either shouldn’t be voting or they should not be living near any innocent people they could harm BY voting.

The problem is that the 88 profs don’t think that they were wrong because they see the defendants as representative of white culture and as such, deserving of punishment for all the years of abuse of minorities. This case never had anything to do with evidence or presumption of innocence.

What are the odds that the prosecutors will find ANYTHING - for example - one of the players touched her - so it is “assault,” or touched her when she was stripping it is “sexual assault”.

Playing devils advocate - even though there was no rape, and the FA was stupid, passed out drunk, given a stripping party like this - what could have happened based on what we know that a prosecutor could charge any of the kids with?

Some people may be rightfuly skeptcal, but any attempt to change the charges at this point would probably result in the DOJ getting involved. Its not going to happen, though. There is no reason to continue this and the guy now in charge wanted no part of it to begin with.

Now, it is time for criminal and civil trials of Liefong, the Group of 88, $harpton, Je$$ie HiJack$on and the new Black Panthers.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1810510/posts

DURHAM, N.C. — — Sitting on the stoop of his small wood-sided home, on a parcel of scrub pines carved from a former tobacco plantation, William Ragland, 76, said he wanted to see justice, and soon, in the Duke lacrosse case.

That would mean putting on trial not the lacrosse players, but the district attorney who led the early prosecution of the case, said Ragland.

“I was shocked by how Mr. Nifong did the whole thing. It was a cover-up. He had evidence that these boys did not rape her,” and improperly kept it secret, said Ragland. “

The link below will take you to a picture of the druggie ho that the two black Raci$ts, Rev Un$harpton and Je$$e HyJack$on lied about to make headlines and bucks for Je$$e and $harpton.

http://www.nypost.com/seven/04122007/frontback.htm

It is time to debar LieFong, frog march him to criminal courts to be tried for conspiracy and malfeasance. Then frog march him over to civil trials by the players and their parents, the coaches and anyone who came close to being lynched by the black racist and mediots of America.
