Guess I’ll have to start to start smoking again. The BMI calculator says I’m 25.6 (overweight). My weight 2 years ago put me at 22.5 (normal).
There certainly is no shortage of smoking in Tokyo and Seoul (and China for that matter)!
BMI is garbage. Totally inaccurate for anyone with muscle, and doesn’t even account for gender, so usually it places men at being obese when their weight is basically normal.
