THE RACE: The presidential race for Democrats in New Hampshire.
THE NUMBERS - DEMOCRATS
Hillary Clinton 27 percent
John Edwards 21 percent
Barack Obama 20 percent
Al Gore 11 percent (All other candidates below 5 percent)
___
The Granite State Poll, sponsored by CNN and WMUR-TV, was conducted between March 27 and April 2 by the University of New Hampshire Survey Research Center. For the Democratic candidates, 339 voters who say they are likely to vote in the Democratic primary in New Hampshire were asked their preference to win the Democratic nomination. The margin of sampling error was plus or minus 5 points.
OF INTEREST: Edwards has closed the gap with Clinton. Clinton led Edwards by 19 points in February, 35-16, and leads by six points now. Obama's level of support didn't change since February. More than eight in 10, 85 percent, said the announcement that Edwards' wife Elizabeth has cancer again did not affect their view of the candidate.
NH will be interesting because the question is how many independents vote in either the Dem or GOP primary.
You will lose your money.
The fact that Obama gets point’s at all indicates just how weak this line up really is. None of these people are going to be President.
That really means Obama is far behind Hillary and Edwards in New Hamshire. We wait to see new developments in days ahead.
That means Hillary and Edward are far with Obama reeling behind.I hope he catch up soonest.
That guy looks like a real winner...
Oh God. Give those who would vote for the socialist/communist democRATs insight and a smattering of brains.
Meanwhile. Fred Thompson can be the man with perhaps Tom Tancredo at his side!
But then we'd need a whole lot of replacements for the miserable RINOs.
Do you reckon he might be a poofter???
