In advocating talking to enemies Wesley clark bragged that he put his finger right in Milosovich's chest and threatened him. "If you don't do X we wil bomb yu." A lot of good that did. He didn't mind, and we bombed. So much for the talking.

I wonder if Wesley Clark ever actually met Milosovich. We know he met the militia general, Ratko M(whatever) -- traded hats with him like a couple of soccer players swapping jerseys. How Wesley Clark ever rose to full-general in the US Army is a continuing embarrasment to the institution.
