I think most of that can be seen by looking at it.
It looks to move no more than 2-4 mi/hr.

The field of view is similar to that of a tank, but at approximately 3" off the ground...so far more restricted than the tank driver's view.

Perhaps it is ambush, rather than a pursuit killer. Just roll to a convenient hiding spot, then attack anyone who comes to close.
