Eugenics was basically a fancy term for racist and bigoted bastards that essentially wanted to control and manipulate human breeding to fit their personal, revolting concept of what people should be. That is not evolution. It is an attempt to reduce humans to farm animals with the correct pedigree, which is the antithesis of evolution.
