At this point I'm not ready to drink anyones kool-aid, that being said, I like the guy, I could see myself voting for & supporing him. My only question is, is he tough enough mean enough to take on the clinton smear machine?

"My only question is, is he tough enough mean enough to take on the clinton smear machine?"

Romney has dealt with the worst the Left can dish out in Massachusetts over the last four years.

As a conservative governor in the most liberal state in the U.S., Romney was savaged by the Boston Globe on a weekly basis. He was called every name in the book by abortion rights groups for his pro-life stands and by gay activists for his defense of traditional marriage. Racism charges where leveled against him when he sought an arrangement where MA State Troopers could investigate and arrest illegal aliens and when he vetoed other legislation favoring illegal aliens. The Boston Globe spun every allegation as if it were fact. They hate his guts for governing so far to the right.

Nobody ever put a finger on Mitt for anything in his personal life. The AP was so desperate to find something they had to resort to investigating his great-grandfather and great-great-grandfather. The Democrat Media is shooting wildly and constantly at anything to dissuade the Republicans from giving him the nod. Their buddies at the Boston Globe have gotten the word out that Romney is not someone the Dems will want to face in the general election.
