Impeach Alberto Gonzales now. Frankly you'd be doing a favor. He could then move to Mexico City and not have to wait as long for his paychecks to arrive.
I find it quite ironic that so many conservatives lambaste Rudy Giuliani for his lack of "moral" fiber. What kind of President countenances this sort of grossly amoral behavior from his golden boys Alberto Gonzales and Johnny Sutton?

Better yet, let them post a reasonable appeal bond so that they're free during appeal. Then, when this travesty is eventually overturned, they can sue for back pay, reinstatement, and damages for the violation of their civil rights.

Sutton is a puppet with the strings going to the top in Washington. The drug dealers influence goes much higher than Sutton on both sides of the border.
Nothing about this case is surprising anymore. Don't hold your breath waiting for justice - this is a numbers game, and though the numbers to win are there now, it won't be the case in the near future. Little done so far has strayed from this political analysis - the train has left the station. This is one bloc a certain political apparatus does not plan to lose.

The DEA has a report that quotes a person caught with drugs that says Davila brought the drugs to his house, and the person's brother saying he told Davila to go to his brother's house.
They do not have an "official" claiming proof Davila actually took the drugs to the house. The two brothers identified Davila in pictures, but Davila was known at the time because of the BP agent case.
