I continue to be amazed at the ferocity of the Rudy hatred around here. Yeesh. There's been candidates I didn't like before, but I don't think I've ever seen it as TEOTWAWKI.

It's the like global-warming alarmism. The claims are so over the top it casts doubt on the premise.

There'll be seven times the number of abortions, there'll be... cats living with dogs... your children will get bad grades on their term papers... Canadians will come down and start dating our women... Our beer will go flat... Heck, he'll probably even BAN NASCAR!! I'M SURE OF IT!!!

Yeah, right... call back in a year. We'll see who's still standing and go from there.
