Med. Examiner: Anna Deteriorating Faster Than Usual
TMZ ^ | Feb.20,2007

Posted on 02/20/2007 2:24:48 PM PST by COUNTrecount

In a stunning development in court, Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper telephoned the court to tell the judge that the body of Anna Nicole Smith is deteriorating faster than normal, according to people who did the embalming on Saturday. As such, the body needs to be examined this week, rather than within the two weeks that had been stipulated before.

Sitting on the stand, Howard K. Stern started to sob loudly when he heard the news

My tribute to Anna Nicole Smith. I can hear Elton just belting out the tunes. I am sorry she died, prayers for her.

Goodbye Vickie Lynn,
Though I never knew you at all
You had the money to uphold yourself
While those drugs made you crawl
They crawled out of the bottle
And they ate into your brain

They sent you to the Bahamas
And they made you change your name

And it seems to me, you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing who to cling to
When the rain set in
And I would have liked to have known you
But I did not have the cash
Your candle burned out long before
Your trimspa and slimfast stash.

Lonliness was tough
The toughest role you ever played
Playboy created a superstar
And pain was the price you paid

Even when you died
Oh, the press still hounded you
All the papers had to say
Was that Howard K Stern was found in your room

And it seems to me, you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing who to cling to
When the rain set in
And I would have liked to have known you
But I didn’t have the cash
Your candle burned out long before
Your trimspa and slimfast stash.

Goodbye Vickie Lynn
Though I never knew you at all
Goodbye Vickie Lynn
From the guy who saw your playboy picture
Who sees you as something more than sexual
More than just Anna Nicole Smith, the Houston stripper.

And it seems to me, you lived your life
Like a candle in the wind
Never knowing who to cling to
When the rain set in
And I would have liked to have known you
But I didn’t have the cash
Your candle burned out long before
Your trimspa and slimfast stash.

Goodbye Vickie Lynn
Goodbye Vickie Lynn
Goodbye
Goodbye Vickie Lynn

The judge is a nutcase. He was also a New York cabbie, so that may explain something as well.

I have studied alot on the Tombstone era but would like to know more about the DodgeCity era, even if it is only entertainment based. Thanks for the heads-up even though it was unintentional.

I, too, hope that the mother gets permission from the Court to take the body to Texas for burial AND I hope the family moves Daniel to Texas also. Mother and son should be buried at the same place.

In the mother's testimony today, she said that she raised Daniel until he was 6 or 8 (I can't remember which). That Daniel didn't go to live with his mother until after Anna Nicole had married the Texas billionaire, and then Anna Nicole could afford a Nanny to care for Daniel.

And the mother told on the witness stand of the number of cousins Daniel has in the Houston area. So, it sounds to me that the family will move Daniel back to Texas. It would not make sense that the mother would go to this trouble for a Texas burial for Anna Nicole, unless they also wanted a Texas burial for Daniel.

Just so you know...it's Hollywood, so the real history will probably be subverted. But just for entertainment value, it's still a great movie.

And why do you dislike the mother more and HKS? Because Anna hated her?

If Anna would have listened to her mother she might still be alive today.

Sons and Daughters always fight with their parents and 9 out of 10 times it's the parent's that were right and at some point down the road the son or daughter figures it out.

(been there done that)

you're either alive or you're a sanitation problem.

I found myself screaming at the TV this am to have the judge shut the f#ck up. I timed him for a short while and and the biggest gap he gave ANY attorney was 45 seconds without interruption. This man has one hell of an ego. He reflects very poorly on the Florida system. The poor attorneys( I can't believe that I am taking the side of an attorney)had to keep putting up with his inane and assinine comments.

So who will be buried first, Anna or James Brown?

Singer James Brown's Children, Partner Agree on Burial Location

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,253152,00.html

COLUMBIA, South Carolina — The six adult children of singer James Brown have agreed with his partner, Tomi Rae Hynie, on where the entertainer will be buried, an attorney for the woman said Tuesday.

Robert Rosen said the resting place is being kept confidential at the request of Brown's children. He said the burial may take place in the "next few days."

Brown died Christmas Day at age 73. His body is in a confidential location, said Charles Reid, manager of the C.A. Reid Funeral Home, which handled Brown's funeral.

He said he checked on Brown on Tuesday, opening the gold casket to view the body.

"I do that constantly," Reid said. "That's the only way I can actually check him ... go in, open the casket and close it. And he's fine."

Meanwhile, a judge in a ruling made public Tuesday said the trustees accused of mismanaging Brown's estate will keep handling his property and trust, but a special administrator will oversee their work.

The singer's six adult children claim the estate has been mismanaged, saying in court papers that some of Brown's assets were in danger of being "lost or dissipated or stolen.

Yes, I'll echo that. I've talked with many drug addicts in recovery who say that during their using years, they didn't want anything to do with their parents.

Then, when they get clean and sober, most of them are delighted to be reunited with family.

Of course, there are exceptions.

I knew nothing of Anna Nicole's mother until I saw her today on the witness stand. She said she was retired after 26 years with the Harris County Sheriff's department. That's a good reason why Anna Nicole would not be on friendly terms with mother, don't you think. Drug addicts and law enforcement usually don't mix.

About Howard K. Stern, I consider him to be Anna Nicole's prime drug provider. He may or may not have encouraged Daniel or Anna Nicole to use drugs, but I am fairly sure he helped procure the drugs. To put it a different way, I don't think Howard had THEIR best interests at heart. He seems like an opportunist to me. Out for himself.

Agree with you completely. I find the mother to be cold and hard and I am betting she was extremely rigid and not inclined to show her emotions or affection for her children which is in itself obvious during interviews, etc. It has nothing to do with ANS hating her, but more to do with my gut instincts.

"I love that movie. That, and "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" get my vote for two of the top, oh...say, twenty-five movies of all time."

"The Man Who shot Liberty Valance" was on last night. Lee Marvin sure was the scene stealer in that movie (Hell, I wanted to kick his ass!) There were great performances all around in that flick.
