I see some people have not read the article, which seems to happen a lot around here.
FR couldn't take down Donald Duck these days, let alone Dan Rather.
From the article:

He provided the Center with a copy of the letter, which says, in part, that the prosecutors had "declined to pursue a civil penalty action against Trans Commodities or Sam Kislin."

The Feds cleared him of any charges under a Clinton Administration? More of the same on this website. This is starting to make FR look foolish when people don't bother to read.
