I've made it clear elsewehere and I'm making it clear here.
This country is regulated by the Constitution of the United States, as it is written.
Any attempt to deny me my inalianable rights without Constitutional Amendment through due process will be resisted by force.
I don't blame Liberals for trying to re-write the Constitution, I blame those who claim their rights are being infringed and who do nothing to stop it.
There will always be tyrants, but there aren't always enough freedom loving citizens to resist and defeat the tyrants.
It makes no difference to me though.
Alone, or united with freedom loving Patriots, I have given away all I intend to.
Live free or die.
It really irks me to admit this but as far as I can see our US Constitutional law is only of concern to our elected officials when it favors them or their agenda. With respect to the freedoms it spells out for us common citizens it's already become just a meaningless piece of paper. What's worse, to reinstate it to it's original purpose will require the spilling of blood. I don't mean to sound haughty but absolute and total power is the food of tyrants. Patrick Henry made two very important points in his argument favoring the second amendment. He said (paraphrased) if the gov takes control of our purse and we have no guns what are we to do, just tell them to give it back? The IRS thugs are well established.
Yawn.
Been hearing that one for a couple decades.
When is "24" on?
Ther is little chance of this passing. The Democrats for flyover states know that voting for gun control is a vote to end their political career.
But the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.
