If your vehicle is made before about 1977, in CA, you don't have to worry about smog, your '61 panhead would be perfectly legal as it is. Just license it and get out on the road!

I made a promise when my daughter was born that until she was able to care for herself I would only ride behind my husband...She is 7 yrs old so by the time she is old enough I will be too darn old to ever kick start it again. Instead it sits there and my sons and husband try to get me to give it to them. Which isn't happening. lol ~~P~~
