Have to agree. I did not see one commercial that really stuck in my mind and that is the only reason I watched the game

I agree, there was no standout.

This may sound weird, maudlin, whatever, but my best Superbowl commercial memory is the 2002 one, where the Budweiser horses bowed to NYC. That sticks in my mind.

My seven year old laughed her butt off at the animals for Blockbuster.... must be the age group they are marketing for. ;)

I laughed at it, too. haha

My nomination for worst commercial:
"I think we just kissed....quick, do something manly!"

I came in half way through the halftime show. I counted seven commercials for upcoming CBS TV shows. CBS was BY FAR the biggest advertiser during half time. I think it is so lame for a TV network to sell itself during its commercial spots. What's the matter CBS, couldn't sell the spots?

During the second half, the only commercial with the slightest shred of creativity was the Coke commercial and it wasn't very exciting.

I liked the Budweiser one where a guy is teaching English for foreign students---- various slangs when asking for a Bud, but when asked for one by someone--"No speak English".

Okay, that Snickers commercial was stupid and sick. Not funny.

I agree with you.

There was a cute commercial about a mixed breed white dog that was getting no respect on the streets who sees a Dalamation sitting next to a fireman in a parade whose carriage is being pulled by the famous Clydesdales. At that point a car drives by and splatters mud all over the dog, when then looks like a Dalamation with the black mud spots. So, the dog runs and jumps onto a float next to a beautiful woman. She hugs him at the end and the mud comes off her outfit. It was very cute and memorable.

Worst SuperBowl ads I've ever seen. Nothing spoke. Who the hell are they speaking to? Maybe I'm getting old.

Predictable dorky-white-guy-bashing, followed by talking animals, thus far. Blah.

Not one original ad! The commercials were as boring as the game.
