Looks like we got us a 'Grudge Match' going on for the spring and summer in Afghanistan.

Taliban guerrilla leader Mullah Hayatullah Khan speaks to Reuters at a secret base in eastern Afghanistan February 3, 2007. The Taliban promised a spring offensive of thousands of suicide bombers as the United States, doubling its combat troops in Afghanistan, took over command of the 33,000- strong NATO force in the country on Sunday. 'We have made 80 percent preparations to fight American and foreign forces and we are about to start war,' Khan, the 35-year-old guerilla leader, told Reuters at the secret base on Saturday.
