If they would listen to us instead of making us feel like we are talking to the hand, they might regain some respect from conservatives.

Susan Collins was on Hairball with Sissy Chrissy last night.

Chrissy asked her how she liked have Cheney yell at her. The reason he asked that is because at their party caucus on Tuesday, VP Cheney attended to talk to the Republicans about how important it is to back Pres. Bush's and Gen. Petraeus' new plan for Iraq.

Well....Chrissy had been told by a "source" that there was a lot of yelling and fighting at the meeting...but, since the rule is that NO ONE is supposed to reveal anything that goes on in there...we aren't supposed to know or have Senators comment.

But, when Chrissy asked Collins about getting yelled at by Cheney, she laughed and said it did get contentious..but, then said that they aren't supposed to say anything, but they can tell what they, themselves say. So, she said that she told them that they HAVE to let the POTUS know that the war is failing and sending more troops WILL NOT work.

Anyway...in light of what this article is about..and the meeting that Kyl has called, methinks there is a lot more yelling going on....thank goodness.
