Yes, well to put it bluntly, I teach at a mostly black high school, and the Metrocenter is a mostly black mall.

It seems like a very good place to buy these things without anyone noticing because no one in that store is going to call the police or stop them from buying.

But what are people supposed to be vigilant about? What difference does it make if people have cell phones? No one is going to stop people from buying phones because of their race or national background, anyway. There's nothing dangerous about them. This is not fertilizer or guns we're talking about.
