I wouldn't describe what he did to Oliver North in 1994 as "little."
Excellent point. I had forgotten that one, but I'm sure it was in my mind when I formed my opinion of Warner. He reminds me a lot of Specter, likes to look like he's going along with the program, while always dragging his feet and sabotaging. He's just more careful about it, because his constituency is more conservative. Now that VA has reached the tipping point, he is just blowing with the wind that he wanted to sail in all along.
