There is a legally drafted contract between the mother and Keivins parents guaranteeing that their only responsibility is to be the grandparents of the child when he or she is born. Interesting. One wonders if perhaps the mother is not a single woman, or if single, she's single because she's a widow. If not single, perhaps her husband is infertile? Maybe the kid will have 3 sets of grandparents, as well as a Mom and Dad? We just don't know, but many are quick to assume.
