Not exactly, you need to allow file sharing access...while 'leeches' are frowned opon in the internet community, they are the ones who will not get caught up in this mess.

This can't be true, during the CES, Bill Gates was saying that every home would soon need a server to store movies, music, photos, and other documents to SHARE with others.
I guess RIAA needs to speak with Bill.
