The Chocolate City (formerly known as The Crescent City) Mayor should be pleased someone is following his lead. Let them all starve. Our foreign aid dollars should not rescue them from this atrocity. Let the Chinese have them.
Saw a spot on the news re New Orleans last night. One of those that went back appeared to be ready to leave, she didn't think New Orleans would be the same and it is dangerous now.
