We now have them in all 100 counties of North Carolina.
I still remember the first time I heard them howling at night, back on my family farm... maybe 7 years ago.
The sound is unmistakable!
I got a bunch near me that I call "The Choirboys", it's a nice sound once you get used to it. You almost never see them though, since they're still hunted here.
When they know they're safe, they're bold critters.
You bet it is unmistakable. :) They sound like a pack of kids racing through a neighborhood raising heck.
