I could say "the sky is falling" an pretend this is Chicken Little. But, considering war was justified and promoted by the left to fight Nazis, but not Communists in the last 100 years, I'm a little more sobered.
Does this Hedges guy want to fight the "axis of evil" as in James Dobson, Pope Benedict etc? That's scary considering who our real enemies are in this world. Some want to kill us all including Hedges unless he bows to their god.

That is indeed what they want to do. What worries me is that I am hearing more and more of this being discussed in public. Not just in news and media outlets. The "conventional wisdom" in some areas is that conservative Christians are a problem. That scares me.
