I remember the lines about the messages being sent down from the heavens.

It was repeated more than once. He was speaking to the Palestinian people.

I got the book because it came out the same day I snatched a Palestinian propaganda tape and skim read it for cross references that came up with text from the tape.

That is the best I can say without the book in front of me.
