Let me ask..

without the contest, who dies?

I expect a healthy settlement in time, signed waiver or not.

I'd personally like to see some jail time for the idiots caught on tape and on the air with their cutesy comments.

By that reasoning, maybe we should sue Nintendo. If they didn't make the game, and if they didn't name it "Wii", there never would have been a contest.
