Castro Reportedly in Grave Condition
Jan 15, 2007 11:11 PM US/Eastern
MADRID, Spain (AP) -- Ailing Cuban leader Fidel Castro is in "very grave" condition after three failed operations and complications from an intestinal infection, a Spanish newspaper said Tuesday. The newspaper El Pais cited two unnamed sources from the Gregorio Maranon hospital in the Spanish capital of Madrid. The facility employs surgeon Jose Luis Garcia Sabrido, who flew to Cuba in December to treat the 80-year-old Castro.
In a report published on its Web site, El Pais said: "A grave infection in the large intestine, at least three failed operations and various complications have left the Cuban dictator, Fidel Castro, laid up with a very grave prognosis."

The only good Red, is a dead Red. Hopefully, Castro will soon be a good Red.

Dead Reds aren't necessarily Good Reds, but are at least Vastly Improved Reds.

I predict Castro will die on a Cuban holiday. I can't predict which particular holiday it will be, only that it will be created in honor of the occasion.

What about that Glorious Cuban Health Care we're always hearing about?
This should be no problem whatsoever.

Maybe this time, he'll finally be on a journey to his final resting place next to Saddam, OBL and Satan.
To: Free ThinkerNY
I think Castro is going to end up dying as many times as Yasser Arafat did, maybe more.

They shouldn't have used a Roto Rooter machine on him! Or they should have cleaned it off first.

What about that Glorious Cuban Health Care we're always hearing about? Funny that Castro had to go to somewhere other than his glorious Cuba to get medical attention.

It will be interesting to see how -- or if -- the drive-by media covers such demonstrations.

I'm sure Pelosi & Co will make sure to support Raul's regime to make sure Cuba stays Communist.
