I've got an idea:

If Bolton still works in D.C., there is no reason he can't live in Virginia.

How about he move to Virginia, and then run against that idiot Webb in 2012? Or hell, run for Senate in 2008 if Warner retires.

For that matter, I wouldn't object to him moving somewhere else and running, just to piss of the D's, if for no other reason.
