You have the CNET guy freezing to death in the woods last month. Now the PC World guy gets whacked in his own home. I gotta tell you, if I were the senior technical editor of PC Magazine, I would submit my retirement first thing in the morning!

Pittsburg is as close to a 'ghetto' as it gets in the north east bay area. One area, officially known as 'Bay Point' is commonly called 'Gun Point', but that goes back a few years.
Sad that he was killed, but few live in Pittsburg by choice, more do so by circumstance.
