If the attack got the operatives it was aimed at, reports Martin, it would deal a major blow to al Qaeda in East Africa.
Also a big blow to the Saudi's who have been bankrolling the attempted whahabist takeover of Somolia.

nothing out of the usual, at least for the first few moments I could stand to watch his face before I turned it off. normally I wouldn't even watch msnbc, but they were the only cable station reporting on it when I turned the tube on.

As you say...easily accessible info for anyone who listens above the stupidity din of the MSM.
I read a GREAT book called "Imperial Grunts" which talks about these members of our military involved in a lot of places that...just don't make the news.
Then when one of the ignoramuses in the MSM figures it out, they report (As Rush Limbaugh is fond of parodying) "PANT PANT PANT...WE HAVE A TROOP PRESENCE IN...ALL KINDS OF PLACES THE GOVERNMENT ISN'T TELLING US ABOUT, LIKE MONGOLIA...PANT PANT PANT.
